S.T.E.A.M.'d Up for Kids is a playful and engaging twist on our award-winning annual Great Oregon Steam-Up event. Tailored specifically for our younger explorers, some might say it's even more fun! This unique family event offers an array of exciting activities. From miniature train rides and a scavenger hunt, to hands-on craft building and a Steam Traction Engine transporting guests in an wagon, the fun never ends. Children and adults alike will be mesmerized by our steam tractors, creating a memorable family day out that combines entertainment and learning. Come and join us for an unforgettable STEAM experience at Powerland Heritage Park!

This event showcases the partner museums at Powerland Heritage Park’s 62 acre campus. Attendees will learn about the technology, equipment and innovation that contributed to developing Oregon. Fun for all ages that includes hands on activities, demonstrations, trolley and train rides, and much more!

2nd Annual Train and Trolley Fest at Powerland Heritage Park

This June 28th, experience unlimited train and trolley rides, a NEW scavenger hunt with a small prize, and discover a garden railway display.

The train museums and trolley museum have joined forces to bring you a festive day filled with everything trains & trolleys!
Best of all it’s affordable! $15 General Admission / $7 Admission for ages 12 and under.
At the end of the day at 5pm, there is a (free) presentation on “Lost Streetcars of the Willamette Valley” (see information below)

APMA is holding Powerland
Saturday Volunteer Work Day on:
May 11
Join us Saturday, May 11th for our Powerland wide volunteer work day. We will be working in all corners of the park for facility and grounds upkeep, etc.
Come see old friends, and make new friends!
What to bring: Yard tools, gloves, yard implements (weed whackers, chain saws, trimmers, clippers, etc.), weather appropriate attire, and a smile!
